Privacy Policy

Caliber Daily is an informational site. We collect as little as we can and this page lists all of it.

What we collect

Email address — only if you set a price alert. The price-alert form is the only place on this site that asks for personal information. When you submit it, your email, the caliber you chose, and your target price are stored and sent through Klaviyo, the email service that delivers the alerts. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent your email address.

Server logs. Like most sites, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting.

Click-through logging. When you click a buy link, it passes through our own redirect so we can count it. That record contains the product identifier (SKU), the page you clicked from, and a timestamp. There are no accounts on this site, so no click is tied to a person.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set tracking cookies. The only thing this site stores in your browser is your age-gate acknowledgement, saved in browser local storage (not a cookie) so you are not asked again on every page. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

We do not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts on this site.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel. Price-alert email is handled by Klaviyo. Buy links take you to Flip Ammo, whose own privacy policy applies once you leave this site — we never see what you buy or your checkout details.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from alerts with the link in any alert email. To have your email removed entirely, use the unsubscribe link and your address is dropped from the alerts list. See also Contact.
